This guide covers two installation methods: adhesive tape and adhesive tape with mounting clips. Follow the instructions that match your weather shields and the fittings supplied.
Before starting, check that you have the correct set for your vehicle. Test-fit each piece before removing any adhesive backing film.
Installation with Adhesive Tape

1. Check the Fit
Hold each weather shield against its intended position to check the alignment. Make sure it follows the door frame correctly and does not obstruct the windows, doors or mirrors.
2. Clean and Dry the Surface
Thoroughly clean the installation area to remove dirt, grease and residue. If using a mild soap-and-water solution, wipe away any remaining soap and allow the surface to dry completely.
3. Apply Adhesion Promoter
Use the supplied adhesion promoter wipe on the areas where the adhesive tape will make contact. Allow it to dry before attaching the weather shields.
4. Position and Attach the Weather Shield
Peel back approximately 5–10 cm of the adhesive backing film at each end, leaving the loose ends accessible.
Align the weather shield and lightly attach the exposed adhesive sections.
Once correctly positioned, gradually pull away the remaining backing film and press firmly along the taped areas.
5. Check and Allow to Bond
Check that the weather shield is secure, then carefully open and close the window and door to confirm normal operation.
Avoid washing your vehicle for 48 hours after installation to allow the adhesive bond to develop.
Installation with Adhesive Tape & Clips
1. Check the Fit and Fittings
Test-fit each weather shield against the door frame. Before starting installation, check that you have enough mounting clips and fasteners for all mounting holes. If any fittings are missing, contact us before proceeding.
2. Prepare the Surface
Clean the installation area thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.
Apply the supplied adhesion promoter wipe to the areas where the adhesive tape will make contact. Allow it to dry before proceeding.

Carefully insert each metal mounting clip between the window frame and the rubber weatherstrip, aligning it with the corresponding mounting hole in the weather shield.
Do not insert the mounting clips into the window channel where the glass moves.
4. Position and Attach the Weather Shield
Peel back approximately 5–10 cm of the adhesive backing film at each end, leaving the loose ends accessible.
Position the weather shield so its mounting holes line up with the clips. Lightly attach the exposed adhesive sections, then gradually remove the remaining backing film and press firmly along the taped areas.
5. Secure the Fasteners
Fit the supplied fasteners through the aligned holes in the weather shield and mounting clips. Secure each fitting as shown in the diagram.
6. Check and Allow to Bond
Check that all mounting clips and fasteners are secure. Carefully open and close the windows and doors to confirm that nothing catches or interferes with normal operation.
Avoid washing your vehicle for 48 hours after installation to allow the adhesive bond to develop.
