Where do we deliver?
Anywhere in Australia + New Zealand
Small items (under 2 kgs and under 1.05m length) can be delivered to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street adddress.

When do we despatch?
Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.

Between what hours do we deliver?
Monday - Friday: 10am - 2pm.

What process do we use for providing shipping information?
Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the items are despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

What are the delivery costs?
Most products(small size items) are free shipping, except some large size products(bonnet protector, floor mats, side steps and roof racks). Some areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and W.A. If you purchase a large size item, any applicable charges will be calculated at checkout.

What are the express delivery costs?
Express delivery will incur additional shipping charges. There is no fixed amount for express shipping as it all depends on the Post's charges regarding product box size and address distance. If you need to use express delivery, please indicate the product you want to buy and your delivery address and contact our team to quote the express shipping cost. We may contact you for additional express shipping cost after purchase.

What are the delivery times?
Between 1-7 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 14 days.
Note: to offer the most competitive shipping prices, we use a variety of carriers.
