Delivery Policy

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

  • Short items (under 1.05 m) can be sent to PO Boxes.
  • Long items (over 1.05 m) require a street address and cannot be shipped to New Zealand.

When Do We Despatch?

All orders are usually despatched within 24 business hours after payment is received (excluding weekends, public holidays, and pre-order items unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Multi-Warehouse Shipping

Orders may be dispatched from one of our warehouses in VIC, WA, or QLD, depending on stock availability and delivery location.

If an order contains items stored in different warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple parcels.

Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided (please ensure it’s correct).

After your order has been despatched, you will receive another email containing tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Costs

Most small items include free shipping.

However, larger or bulky products such as floor mats, bonnet protectors, side steps, and roof racks may incur additional freight charges.

Shipping costs depend on the courier, destination, and size of the item.

We cover part of the cost under our standard free shipping rate. Where applicable, any additional shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • 2 – 7 business days for most metro and regional areas
  • 7 – 14 business days for remote or rural locations

Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location, courier service, and destination.

During peak periods or unforeseen events (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), delivery times may be delayed.

To provide the best rates and coverage, we use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, and CouriersPlease.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@ausgo4wd.com.au

We will lodge an investigation with the courier.
If the courier confirms that the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that courier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Express Delivery

If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Email us your delivery address, postcode, and the products you wish to order, and we will provide a quote for express postage (via Australia Post or TNT). Once confirmed, we will arrange the shipment accordingly.
