Will this item fit my car?

All our products are customized for each vehicle! If you are unsure or unable to find the accessory for your vehicle's specific model and year of manufacture, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order. Our customer support team will be happy to help you to check and confirm.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it automatically. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If we are unable to obtain your request in time, we may not be able to replace or cancel your order.

As a reminder, we accept exchanges and returns. Should the item(s) not work out, you can still contact us to change your mind after receiving it.

Shipping

How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 0-1 business days to be dispatched from Melbourne and 2-7 business days to arrive in metro areas. Remote areas deliveries can take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We are constantly growing and expanding upon our original vision. We will stocking more product and look forward to entering new areas in the future.

Returns and Refunds

I have received a faulty or incorrect item?

No worries at all. If you think there is a problem with the item you have received, please email our customer support team with your order number or order name. Please include a brief description of the problem you have encountered and photos showing the problem.
Please contact us as soon as possible and keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. We will normally reply within 24 hours.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Items must have been purchased on our offical store. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

When we receive the item(s), refunds will be initiated immediately. However, the actual arrival time of the refund varies from banks.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a minimum of 1-year warranty and a maximum of 6-year warranty on different categories of purchases. What is not covered under the warranty?
