We’re excited to share a major update with the AUSGO community.
To better support our customers across Australia, AUSGO 4WD Accessories has expanded its warehouse network, with two new warehouse locations now operating in Western Australia (WA) and Queensland (QLD).
Previously, all AUSGO orders were dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria. While this allowed us to serve customers nationwide, delivery to some regions — especially Western Australia — could take over two weeks.
With our new warehouse network, we’re now able to bring your orders closer to home.
Faster Dispatch & Delivery
Customers in Western Australia and Queensland will now enjoy significantly faster delivery times.
In the past, all AUSGO orders were dispatched from our Victorian warehouse, which meant longer transit times for customers in some regions. With the addition of our new WA and QLD warehouses, many orders can now be delivered significantly faster thanks to local inventory and a more efficient distribution network.
This means less waiting and more time getting your vehicle ready for your next trip.
With popular items — including many of our floor mats — now stocked across multiple warehouse locations, we’re able to dispatch many orders from facilities closer to our customers.
Local Stock for Popular Products
To support faster shipping, many of our most popular floor mats are now stocked locally in WA and QLD, alongside our Victorian warehouse.
This allows us to deliver key products to customers in those regions much faster while continuing to offer the same AUSGO quality and fit.
As we continue to grow, we’ll keep expanding our local inventory to improve delivery speed across Australia.

A: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and pre-order items (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Q: Which warehouse will my order ship from?
A: Orders are automatically dispatched from the AUSGO warehouse (VIC, WA, or QLD) that can provide the fastest delivery based on your location and product availability.
Q: Can my order ship from multiple warehouses?
A: In some cases, yes. If your order contains items stocked in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately from different locations to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Q: Do I need to select a warehouse when placing my order?
A: No. Simply place your order as usual — our system will automatically route it to the appropriate warehouse.
Q: Will delivery to WA and QLD now be faster?
A: Yes. Customers in Western Australia and Queensland can expect much shorter delivery times, with many orders arriving within around a week, compared with the longer delivery times when all orders were shipped from Victoria.
