If we are unable to obtain your request in time, we may not be able to replace or cancel your order.

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 0-1 business days to be dispatched from Melbourne and 1-7 business days to arrive in metro areas. Remote areas deliveries can take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
