Where do we deliver?
Anywhere in Australia + New Zealand
Small items (under 2 kgs and under 1.05m length) can be delivered to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street adddress.

When do we despatch?
Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.

Between what hours do we deliver?
Monday - Friday: 10am - 3pm.

What process do we use for providing shipping information?
Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the goods are despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

What are the delivery costs?
Most products(Small items) are free shipping, except some bonnet protector, floor mats, side steps and roof racks. Some areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and W.A. If you purchase a large size item, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order. We may contact you for additional shipping cost after purchase.

What are the delivery times?
Between 2-7 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 14 days.
Note: to offer the most competitive shipping prices, we use a variety of carriers.
